"Hotel staff were amazing...room was very spacious and clean. Unfortunately I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with the Genting casino staff during my visit for my birthday. I encountered rude and unprofessional behavior and I was feeling very distressed by this. However, the hotel staff completely turned my night around. From the moment I approached them to discuss my concerns, they were incredibly kind, empathetic, and attentive. They listened patiently to my concerns and their genuine concern and helpfulness made me feel valued and respected. I'd especially like to thank Tamsin and Rianna for their exceptional service. The hotel staff's professionalism and compassion were truly outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. I am incredibly grateful for their assistance and highly recommend this hotel based on their exceptional service. Thank you again if you see this!"

"From the first minute we walked through the door you could tell the hotel was a very special place, steeped in history and charm a truly beautiful place and staff were excellent, we only stayed one night but will be back again hopefully when the weather gets warmer I could imagine it’s even better when the weather improves in summer, breakfast was fantastic and you could see quality produce has been used , slight niggle, we wasn’t offered the option is poached eggs it was only when I saw others at another table, also the bathroom has a bit of dust over light fittings a mirrors"
