"We had our annual family reunion at this property. The house is very nice and the owner was very easy to communicate with. The biggest drawback for the property were the bathrooms. The house has 2 ensuite bathrooms and 2 other shared bathrooms for the other rooms. The 5th bathroom is outside by the pool. The pool was also quite dirty hut likely due to the hogh winds in the area. The pool heater was a bit of a challenge but also likely due to the time of year. Otherwise property is very large,...

So many wonderful amenities - fire pits, large pool with lagoon, hot tub, game room, pool table and ping pong table, putting green,basketball hoop, outside eating areas, lounge chairs, wall of living area opens completely to the backyard. But many things in disrepair. Lights, appliances, AC control, outdoor lights, porch heaters, fireplace. Hoped that we could get some money back because so many things were wrong but no luck. "
