"The property is in kind of an industrial area near the train tracks. It is in a busy road, and the office has some imposing looking signs on it. I was worried that wouldn’t like staying here. I spent two surprisingly quiet nights. The road was quiet after about 9:00 PM and didn’t hear a train at all once I was asleep. The owners kept the common property and my room VERY clean. "Had a business trip in Indio so I stayed here for 2 nights. It was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and I felt very safe. We waked a couple doors down to the Bar and Grill and had an excellent meal. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again. It is located n the better part of Indio"

"It was great hotel for the weekend and perfect pet friendly space especially with the surrounding stores! It was nice during our stay we heard about a vet visiting at the Tractor Supply place next door and a self dog washing station. Would recommend for other dog owners :) "

"They are trying hard. It has been freshened up and feels clean and safe. There can be a little bit of highway noise if you are a light sleeper. No quarters at the front desk for guest laundry was a disappointment and and the interaction with the front desk was less than guest friendly. "
