"Great overall stay. Great location for Alexanderplatz Christmas Markets. Friendly staff, but struggled for 10 minutes at check-in to find our booking which was via hotels.com. We were given a free early check-in, but was placed into a disability room for the week. This meant an open shower in the bathroom so the floor got very wet and no additional towel/ bath mat was provided. The bath towels are very very small! But the shower itself was powerful. The bed was very comfortable and a good size...
