Despite this, they refused to refund my payment of over £300. Expedia was unhelpful, offering only a £75 refund as a goodwill gesture. "I've been to Kuala Lumpur twice the past 3 months. I've stayed at Traders Hotel both times. Once alone and once with my family. Both times service, facilities, etc. was excellent. The staff are fantastic and the location is phenomenal if one wants to stay in central Kuala Lumpur. I can say confidentally that I plan on staying at Traders Hotel again the next time I plan on going to Kuala Lumpur. "
