"I recently checked into the Robertson and was appalled by the condition. The bedding was dirty and the owner admitted to reusing it without cleaning. Despite this, they refused to refund my payment of over £300. Expedia was unhelpful, offering only a £75 refund as a goodwill gesture. They suggested I should have complained before checking in, which is impossible since the check-in is through a drop box and the cleanliness can only be assessed upon arrival. "The apartment was designed beautifully. Everything worked. Black out shades in the bedroom, Excellent bathroom. Sun never directly shines in the windows because of the way the building is designed. Staff communicated proactively on whatsapp and were very helpful. Only negatives would be that leaving this large building from the 16th floor is somewhat of an event. Also convenience stores, coffee are at least a 300 meter walk from the property. "

"The hotel was conveniently located with easy access to the train station. However, I mostly used Grab. The swimming pool and gym were very modern and in great condition. Breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of Malaysian food. I was very satisfied overall."
