"Needed to get away for a mental health break. This is a lovely property near Rend Lake. The house is well maintained and comfortable. We had a nice, peaceful and relaxed time. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate for some time to visit the lake. My only suggestions, would be to add a digital antenna to get the local channels, we wanted to see local news to follow the weather and see some morning shows that we keep up with. "

"We stay in a lot of VRBO's...and this is the best of them. Nate and Ruth are providing hospitality not just a place to stay. When we travel, we cook so I have a rubbermaid tub with everything that I would need, but I wouldn't have needed to bother because it's all available. Our young granddaughter visited us and we enjoyed the swing set in the back yard, walking around the pond and watching the horse across the street. There were even toys for her. We appreciated the washer and dryer and...
