Booked because of hot tub which we could not use the first two nights we were there because she said the pool guy had to heat it up. The other couple used it earlier that day. "The property is very large as advertised. The pool was dirty and not heated. The owner charges extra to heat the pool. The owner is slow to respond to concerns and seemed disinterested in making things right. No garage opener so you are running in and out to close the garage door and lock up to leave. There’s a large black mesh fence directly in front of the pool which takes away from the aesthetics’s and is not in the listing photo. Only a few towels to use for three bathrooms and a pool. "My family and I stayed in Long Beach as we had booked events in LA, along with Anaheim. This location was great as it was halfway between. Also, the area has lots of shopping, close to the pier and beach (walking distance).My boys are older so while the unit only has 2 queen beds, there are a couple of blow up mattresses that can fit in the second room.The hot tub and gym are amazing and not busy. "This was the best stay the kitchen came with cooking pots/pans along with utensils, the bed was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was home welcoming and had hygiene materials and very clean. Overall I would definitely recommend booking here!!"

"This is a very clean, quiet, and functional studio apartment in a prime location with all the amenities for an extended stay including washer/dryer. The best perk for me was secure underground self-parking spot with unlimited in-out via remote controlled gate. Communication with the host was prompt and check-in access was simple and well-described. A 3-minute walk to the pier and half a block to the E light rail line. Trader Joes and Target 2 blocks away. "Very easy process and a fun little get away if you want something different than the hotels. Great location for walking to restaurants & shopping. Great views too! Boat is a bit dated and could use a little TLC in some areas but affordable for staying on a boat. Nothing that would keep me from coming back. Having the breakfast basket was great and yummy! There were 4 adults and very comfortable."
