"Horrible experience!!! 1st off I get to the hotel and the guy at the desk informs me that the TV doesn’t work. Inconvenient but decided to deal with it. (No discount for loss of amenities or anything) then I was getting ready to go out with my girlfriend and we get a knock on the door and it’s the front desk guy saying I have to pay $100+ again (room was already paid in full) or I had to get out. Took hours to get resolved and still no compensation. Ruined our whole night "

"Personally it was an ok stay, nothing to special, a friendly clerk is the only reason I wrote a decent review. One big downer is that there was no shampoo or conditioner and only on bar of soap a thin piece of junk. When I went to take a shower there was a dental floss stick in the shower which was pretty disgusting."
