"The employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need. They had plenty of golf cart parking a super short walk from the front entrance. Pools were quiet and they had plenty of lounge chairs on the beach. They also offer kayaks and other activities. Highly recommend. Just be aware it’s not walkable into town - you’ll need to rent a golf cart or pay someone to drive you. Renting a golf cart is the best option. One thing to note, if your room is overlooking the street, you will hear vehicles and golf carts driving in the early morning hours. "

"My only downside is when I ordered “Huevos Rancheros” for breakfast and the order came without any sauce at all. When asked to the waitress why the plate did not have the essential element that “huevos rancheros” should have, the response was that the new chef in Biltmore prepares them like that. A lame excuse!!"
