The rooms are beautiful, service is impeccable and all the facilities you could want. Beautiful small touches to make you feel special. We also loved the bar and the restaurant Brooklands is an absolute must! The best Michelin starred restaurant we have been to so far. "

"Perfect location. Had some issues with the do not disturb sign not being respected. Staff was professional and responsive to the issue and although they did not follow through with compensating me with complimentary 'drinks', I appreciated their cordial manner and accountability. The location is unbeatable. The restaurant is a bit run down feeling, but the food is acceptable and they have some nice cocktails on the menu."

"I booked this for our week in London in early December of 2024 and the room was great, the location can't be beat really and the staff were so lovely. I made a mistake when I booked on the bed size and they were super nice and got us into a room with the right bed. The hotel is nice and cozy in a non-touristy area very close to Victoria Station so it makes getting around super easy. Easy walk to the Buckingham Palace as well. Loved it and would definitely stay there again!"
