"Had a wonderful stay; every staff member was very polite, friendly, and respectful. It was very close to many stores and restaurants. The room was very clean, and I was not bothered by housekeeping, but they cleaned my room while I was away. Thank you for making my first trip to Richmond a great time."

"I enjoyed my stay with this hotel, I was on the 7th floor, elevators were fast. It was very quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. Beds were comfortable. It’s a new and clean feel there. I walked to Starbucks, saw many options for eateries, shopping at Short Pump mall, great area just outside of Richmond. Felt very safe. Many amenities I didn’t get a chance to use but nice fitness room, outdoor patio area, laundry service, well organized kitchen in the room and mini store for snacks. My check in and check out was fast - personnel at desk were more friendly in the evening than the daytime staff. I highly recommend a stay here"
