"The room was great for a place to sleep at the end of the day and a room to get ready in. We did come into an issue with the fridge but it was checked on immediately and fixed by the next day which was amazing. There are ants, at first they did not bother which was not a concern of ours but by our second to last day they began to bite. Ants can be common in some areas so I recommend some ant spray. Other than that, the stay was nice! "

"We loved our stay here. It had everything you needed and more (beach towels, coolers, etc.). The location was directly on the beach with a beautiful view from the 5th floor and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is a very safe and secure place, hence there are several keys, a fob and a parking gate opener to work with. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided detailed instructions. If we visit San Juan again we will definitely contact the owner. "

We did tours everyday and would say this spot is a perfect combo for your pick up but after returning right near fun evening time places and the beach! The balcony is a nice option for fresh air, although do have to note the construction - but to be honest you should out and about anyhow around the island so should barely notice ;) The unit itself is modern and great. "We stayed here for two weeks- May 11-25 2024. The property is very nice, as pictured on the photos. The kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay. There are two beach umbrellas and 4 chairs at the property. Air conditioning worked without any issues (some issues were mentioned in previous reviews, we did not have any). Second week we worked from this location, so we used Wi Fi a lot, it was Ok. Basically, we had a nice and comfortable stay. The beach started bringing in some seaweed...
