"Nice and clean. Served our purpose of somewhere to sleep while we visited New York for a couple days. The bed was comfortable. We were in the basement room so there was a little bit of noise above us but no more than would be expected. A little store across the street for snacks. Nice big tv to relax and watch while we were winding down to go to sleep. Overall a good experience "

This property was excellent for what we were looking for. I was concerned about the distance but the owner assured me it was not a big deal and they were correct. "We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events."

"Property is easy walking distance to Subway and good restaurants. Trouble with heat was addressed but communication was spotty. Made for a chilly first night. Spacious apartment with nice kitchen and dining table. Beds were comfortable. Shower wasn’t hot."
