"Arrived to wonderful welcome from Tracy.Third floor room allocated mentioned difficulty wiith stairs immediate upgrade to court yard ground floor room .Could not find fault at any level , food ,cleanliness, cant wait to go back .A wonderful example to Welsh Tourism Pat &Pete "
