"I was in Biarritz for just one night and this was an awesome place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for what I needed, a comfortable bed, very clean, and amazing location. I easily walked to town and to all the beaches from this location. I would definitely stay here again! "Not a great hotel. Their check-in closes at 7, I did get an email saying check-ins over Christmas would be closing at this time, but that was Christmas, not more than 2 weeks before!! Lucky I got there just before 7 then. The hotel is on a slope, no joking, you constantly feel you're going to fall over. I almost broke my back in their communal shower, the slippery surface made me slip and I'm not sure how I didn't fall over. HOTELIER - get an anti-slip mat! And while you're at it, do...
