The restaurant on site Les téléphones was gorgeous regarding the service by Lisa and Thibault and the food too. We enjoyed our stay with all of you. We definitely appreciate the excellent service at your hotel in different departments. Thank you to provide this level of service in this charming and historic place. "

"The staff was very helpful especially when my Uber did not arrive to take me to the train station. They were able to order a taxi that arrived in minutes so I did not miss my train. The breakfast buffet is very nice with a good selection of items for all tastes."

"Decorated like an old school, this place had charm! They provided tea and coffee in the rooms and offered wine service for when you arrived for an extra charge. I also had difficulty getting a hold of a tour company I booked through and the hotel staff called them throughout the day until they got back to me. It was incredible and a huge stress reliever. "The apartment was in a perfect location to explore the old town, as well as being only a short walk from the metro and bridges to other parts of the city. It was easy to check in and out. The apartment itself was a wonderful, comfortable haven to return to after a day of exploring. It was good having the kitchen and a washing machine available. Not a problem for me but do be aware that it is up almost 60 steps, some of them quite steep, if mobility is an issue. "
