"I was in Puerto Rico with family to take my moms ashes back to her hometown. The original place I had booked had a busted pipe so we had to move. The owner was prompt to respond, had unit cleaned, and we were able to access it sooner than expected. The house is in a great neighborhood not far from the beach or shopping. This place is great, the beds are all comfortable, The patio is a nice size has a ping pong table and there's a grill to BBQ on. The kitchen is a tad bit small but does not lack...

"We visited P.R. Spring break 2025. This home was exactly what we needed. Our property manager “Ryan” was very responsive and took care of us immediately. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The home was overall very clean and having all needed supplies was a big plus. We definitely recommend this home. "

"The unit was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It is in a separate building; there are no living quarters above or below. The air conditioning worked well. The hurricane blinds block out the light, so you don’t wake up at dawn. We had no problem finding on street parking.The photos on VRBO depict a well maintained residence, however we had some issues.There was a leak in the ensuite bathroom bathtub when we arrived. The owner mopped up the water and advised us to put towels alongside...

"We loved our stay at this house. We have younger kids and they loved exploring the yard and swimming in the pool. The view of the surrounding mountains and rainforest is amazing. The mosquitoes were only bad at dusk on the more humid days. Otherwise we spent a lot of time outside. The inside of the house comfortably slept 10 people. We would stay here again. "

"Condo complex is nice and location is central to many attractions. However, pools are smaller than led to believe and lazy river is a straight pool, not a typical curvy, lengthy or circular pool. Grounds are nice but not much to do. Location to beach is perfect, however. "
