Après 2 courriels à l'hôte et 2 appels à VRBO, il nous a été impossible de recouvrer la différence des frais payés. Nous avons dû avoir recours à notre banque pour nous faire rembourser cette différence. Très déçus des hôtes et de VRBO qui aurait dû normalement assumer ces démarches pour nous."
