According to local friends when it rains it’s a flooding area . However it did rain and nothing happened. The place is not a luxurious one but it works for two people . "

A little noisey from the bars on the weekend Lost power for 24 hours (whole island was out) but the owners were gracious and stayed in communication with us the whole time. "The view was absolutely beautiful. The property had so much Potential. It did need Updating. When something went wrong, they did come down right away. Yes there were bugs But You are Practically Staying in the woods so of course there will be bugs. While we were there The whole island lost electricity. But since our place was on solar, we didn't have too much Of an issue. We did not like that the forth bedroom was separate from the house, but we made due."
