"Please exercise some patience, as there are non-English speaking staff but they will try to help you. The rooms are really small. My TV didn't work and as a solo traveler, that was a bit disappointing and the staff couldn't fix it. In addition, I couldn't control the air conditioner with the remote and it's powered by inserting the door entry card into a slot by the front door. Which means, I had to get up throughout the night to turn off the A/C. This area was incredibly noisy during my visit...

Just beware that the street lights don't turn off at night and people are up late and then others are up really early and aren't quiet.
