"OMG I am amazed that this place wasn't better frequented when i stayed last night. The rooms are well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The bar area is nicely decorated and the food was delicious, it was curry night yum! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. "What a lovely place, we had a really late check-in and was handed keys from a lovely friendly night porter. The room was very clean and comfortable and after a much needed sleep I had a lovely breakfast. I should mention that I hadn't booked for the breakfast which I should have done the night before and the receptionist went above and beyond to get me in. I had very low blood sugar that morning and needed to eat which I didn't mention so was very grateful for her efforts. I would definitely stay again if in Wales and explore the beautiful grounds "

"Very clean and well equipped. Check in information good. Getting information on how to check out at 1:55 in the morning was less than helpful as it woke us up. We have to leave some alerts on as husband receives medical alerts overnight. It may not be a problem for those who can switch a do not disturb on. Also had to message to request an internet password for the medical monitoring. Owner was very helpful and provided it straight away but it would be helpful to have it available if internet is included as there was no signal in the accommodation at all. Would be lovely in winter as it appears to have underfloor heating which we were unable to turn off. Kitchen and hallway floors were very hot when you walked on them. Not great last night when it was about 18 degrees but would be lovely at any other time. "
