"hotel was central to every thing wee wanted,girl on reception could not of been nicer and hotel room all though was small was clean and comfortable and had a view of castle wonderful. "

"Lovely hotel, had a nice weekend. Room was spacious and comfortable. Shower powerful. Beds comfy. Was surprised there was no fridge or toiletries, only a wall pump shampoo. Walls are paper thin, thankfully other guests mostly considerate but could even hear noses being blown from next door! Food at brasserie was hit and miss, and the shoutng from the kitchen was odd and unpleasent. As another table commented, it was like being in McDonalds... Surroundings and social areas were lovely,...

"If I had read my emails before arrival I would’ve found out about the parking being over the road but even so, staff at reception gave me all the information I needed and allocated a permit for us. Everywhere was so clean and neat and the reception staff were so helpful and engaging, giving us some local information and also discussing driving routes etc. room was beautiful- lovely deep bath, iron and board, hairdryer all good quality. Only issue we had was the heating, we couldn’t turn it...

"Small but free off street covered parking adjacent to hotel. Hotel is clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was more than satisfactory and bed comfortable "
