"Very nice hotel - however while much of it was very clean, in Room 425, there were long black hairs in the bathroom (I am bald, so not from me). I was also surprised about the tub. The bathroom door stop is screwed to the floor, right where you need to step over the side of the tub to enter and exit the combined shower/bathtub - and while there is one grab bar next to the tub, there is nothing to hold onto while entering or exiting the tub."

"Check in was super easy. Beatrice was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. I was given one of the nicer rooms but with twin beds, I asked her to switch me to a room with a queen/king bed and she informed me that none of the superior rooms were available but would move me to a different room and would advise me when another supervisor room would be available. "My new favourite hotel in Madrid…. And there are a lot to choose from. The location is just perfect , taxis everywhere, subway near by and a safe interesting walk to most central points of interest. The rooms were comfy and clean, the bathrooms were well thought out and really decent water pressure in bathes and shower . The breakfast is one of the best i have had the pleasure to enjoy and all the staff from the front office people to the room cleaners are delightful, i will definitely stay there again "
