We had to wait a while for the minibus transfer to the hotel from the airport but it was worthwhile as it would have been a long walk in the rain. When we booked, the information we were given stated that transfer back to the airport was free and the hotel honoured this but apparently there is now a charge for this. "

"The Hilton Madrid is a perfect place for a one-night stay near the airport. A shuttle runs every 1/2 hour. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Unfortunately, there are limited restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again."
