"I've been at this hotel about four times the past 4 years. Its generally a good value stay near the downtown area and by restaurants and shops. The pool is well maintained and the front desk helpful and friendly. My room was just what I requested and very comfortable and clean. I had a pool and mountain view. The TV service is excellent and I had plenty of hot water n in room coffee. The internet service is also good. Keep in mind the highly competitive rates offered here when your comparing hotel options. Its not the Hyatt resort so just be real and honest about expectations. Ignore the parking lot conditions your only parked on it and it works fine. I experienced no safety or security issues here. Management is making some positive changes. I will return and enjoy my savings and still be comfortable and get my rest. "
