There was a broken electrical switch which controlled hot water heater and so the first shower I had was ice cold. I was told the hot water just takes a long time. The next day I waited for the water heater for 20 min and still no hot water. It was later discovered that the switch was broke. Wifi not in all the rooms and only in downstairs lobby. "Absolutely incredible hotel. Would recommend to anyone! From start to finish everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We arrived on New Year's Eve and the hotel put on a big party with music, drinks, food, dancing and fireworks. It was such a special occasion. The owner and all staff went out of their way to help with anything we need. They booked our safari tickets for us and arranged transport to take us there and back. The room was amazing and photos do not do it...
