"The people at the hotel were extremely generous and kind. They were also very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They were kind enough to move us to a quieter room with a better bed when we mentioned that we didn't sleep so well with a kid in the king bed in our first room. We had lake view rooms on both occasions. The food at the hotel is delicious and they were kind enough to cook dairy free options for me. The kids zone is well equipped with games, toys and activities for kids. My kids had a lot of fun. We felt quite pampered throughout the stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone! "

"Amazing hotel! Our room was perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast, and great food at the restaurants. The hotel is so clean, beautiful and luxurious! Designed like an Indian palace with opulent decor and gorgeous white marble everywhere. The absolute best part of our stay was because of the wonderful staff and their incredible Indian hospitality. All of our needs were met so quickly and efficiently. Reception, the managers, the porters, cleaning staff and even the breakfast crew really all went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable! Everyone there was so kind and thoughtful in so many ways. We didn’t want to leave and wish we could have stayed longer. We are so thankful and can’t wait to come back! Thanks so much!! Dhanyavaad!"

"Very good experience. Not a lot of facilities but that’s not an issue in itself as long as you know not to expect a pool, spa, etc. Otherwise, well maintained and clean, very nice food (tried breakfast, lunch, and room service), and everyone is really nice and helpful. Also, we were given a complimentary late checkout which was great."
