"This hotel is amazing - it's proximity to the main road is excellent for transport but amazingly isn't noisy at all. The moment you step in to the hotel you will be blown away on how stunning the layout is - a stunning pool right next to the dining area / kitchen and all the rooms face the pool. "They do not pay heed to any complaint. Very arrogant. The flushes in all the toilets are not functioning. The behavior of those in the reception is very rough. the hotel is full of cockroaches. The food supplied was not good and served in unclean utensils. Filthy bed linen were supplied. In a word the hotel is terrible."
