"Absolutely incredible hotel. Would recommend to anyone! From start to finish everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We arrived on New Year's Eve and the hotel put on a big party with music, drinks, food, dancing and fireworks. It was such a special occasion. The owner and all staff went out of their way to help with anything we need. They booked our safari tickets for us and arranged transport to take us there and back. The room was amazing and photos do not do it...

"i was in a shock when i reached the place. There is some kind of renovation going on in the hotel but that is no excuse for what I went through. Firstly the small lobby area and the area leading to the lift is in total shambles. I was given a room with jacuzzi but the jacuzzi tub was as soon as u enter the room. I was wondering who puts a jacuzzi in the bedroom as soon as u enter the room. There was a terrible stench eminanting from the jacuzzi. If that was not enough the shower had a problem...
