"Great for Westerners. By far the best place we have stayed so far in India! Our group arrived in Jaipur with terrible fevers and stomach bugs. The facilities at were great for us to rest up, recover, with a nice restaurant and very helpful/friendly staff and room service. We left feeling better than when we arrived. "This is one of the worst experience I had at any hotel. I booked two rooms for a night and they called me telling that they only have one room available. What is the point of booking online if that is not available. The staff was rude and unhelpful. They even disconnected the call without providing any resolution also they didn't answer why the mistake happened. Please avoid this hotel at all cost"
