"When I got off the taxi I thought I made a terrible mistake by choosing this hotel. The surrounding area, the outside of the building and the entrance looked terrible. However, once you open the door, you are pleasantly surprised. The reception area looks clean and modern. There is no reception desk or staff as such. You are given instructions in advance on how to check in, although I had to contact Hotels.com to chase up the owners for this. Once inside the room you are still more surprised....

"I stayed there for umrah, and this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.. clean, quiet, thd lady at the reception was friendly and helpful, they have probably the greatest breakfast selection I've seen and I have been to a lot of countries.. they provide a bus to haram 5 times a day.. I literally can't find a mistake at this hotel.. perfect I recommend for anyone going to madinah "
