"I’d like to thank the management for helping me solve a double booking problem when I booked 1 room mistakenly on 2 different booking platforms. One company refused to refund while the other worked with the hotel and obtained the refund for the additional room booked in error. Kudos to the kind and helpful front desk staff in helping sort out this issue. The room is beautiful and spotless.
