"We visited the property last year with our adult children and their significant others as a way for us to all get to know each other and reconnect before the business of the holiday season. The property worked so well for us last year that we returned this year. The suite is warm and welcoming and has a great flow for our family (8 adults plus one beloved dog in total). "We were 3 adults and we enjoyed the location of the property. Parking was a bonus and we felt safe. Bedrooms are up a flight of stairs if you have mobility issues and there is no washroom on the main level. The unit was well maintained, nice amenities and the park pass was a nice bonus. The only thing I would say was we were expecting an actual gas fireplace rather than an electric one with no heat. As well the hot tub was not overly warm, but that is my preference. "Our stay at one of the cabins was great! The cabin was perfect for a few days stay. Everything you needed was there. The view from the cabin was directly towards the Three Sisters and it was so peaceful. It was very hot outside so the rooms got very hot, but Shaun (sp?) was our hero and got us fans & it was just what we needed. I would definitely stay here again."

"Our stay was absolutely perfect! The upgraded our room for us (to the Superior King with the Jacuzzi), gave us half off of our parking fee because we had to wait in line for a few minutes, allowed us to check out an hour later because we really wanted to try out the pool, and overall had amazing service. We loved our stay. To top it all off, they had large bath towels which made it feel even more luxurious because it was so size inclusive. We have a weekend in Banff every holiday season, and this hotel is one we will absolutely be coming back to! "
