"A Home Away From Home in Canmore Our recent stay at Basecamp Suites in Canmore was truly exceptional. The 3-bedroom apartment felt like a cozy home away from home, complete with clean, modern rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a stunning hot tub overlooking the Three Sisters. We've stayed at Basecamp properties before, and this one didn't disappoint. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to downtown Canmore. The only minor drawback is limited parking, especially during peak season....

"The suite was beautifully laid out with ample space. We had a comfortable peaceful stay during the week- very quiet. The balcony was spacious- would be wonderful in a bit warmer weather. The kitchen was well stocked except for mixing/serving bowls(there were 2- we could have used more) The evening we arrived we noticed a few things didn’t work- maintenance came the next day to fix- very hospitable. Exceeded our expectations. "

"The nest in the Rockies is exactly that! My husband and I and our great friends Kevin and Susan, came here to see Banff Park. We were up early, hiked most days and it was wonderful to come back to the nest, have a nice fire and dinner to doit again the next day! The kitchen was well stocked, laundry room we put to terrific use and the location fantastic! So convenient and beautiful. Will definately be back!"

"Three older ladies reuniting after 40 years, we’ve seen our fair share of places to stay. We were amazed at how well appointed this space was for everything. A full spice rack. Coffee, tea, oil in the pantry. Cling wrap and aluminum foil! We wanted for nothing! Our condo had a lovely view and we were thrilled with the spaciousness. Would definitely go back!!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Canmore and overall this property provided everything we needed and we had excellent communication with the hosts. Some of the descriptions for the peeper were inaccurate, one bedroom has 2 double beds not queens. We had two dove conditioners in our shower with no “luxury products”. The biggest concern was a very. Token coffee table in the family room with extremely sharp edges. It appeared that some had attempted to fix, but was still slanted and dangerous. ...

"As a first time vrbo user I was worried the property might not live up to the advertised pictures. I had reserved a unit through vrbo for 8 adults and 3 young children for Thanksgiving. Was I in for a pleasant surprise. Our Grand Rockies Resort unit was beautiful, spacious and so very comfortable. The views were incredible. Both using vrbo for rental properties, as well as using this Canmore rental unit again is something I plan to do again!"

"We really liked this location! The unit is at the end of the building with great views. Also, we never heard any noise from the hall or nearby units. The kitchen had everything we needed and the owner is very responsive. As other reviews noted, you can't get to the closet in the room with two beds. It was easy enough to adapt with luggage for three people, but would probably be cramped with more than four people. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This apartment was the perfect spot to stay in for our trip to Banff. We had a large group of people and this place had enough room for everyone! The apartment was in good condition, instructions were clear, and communication with the owner was great. The National Park passes were provided as advertised, which was a great plus for us and a big reason why we chose this apartment. Lastly, the massage chair was the true MVP of the trip. "Overall, this was a good little apartment for our single night stay. Our biggest concern - and this was in spite of the owner's efforts to discourage- was the smell of cigarette smoke in what is clearly a non-smoking unit (and complex, I think). We ended up having to keep the windows open the entire time. Beds were comfy. Building appeared secure and was close to amenities."
