"We were so pleasantly surprised with how clean and lovely Valtisya House was. The best, however was the help we received from Juan at check in. He went above & beyond in arranging an early taxi for us and made sure all went well, helped us to our room and gave great directions for places in the neighborhood. "

"Disappointed as very confusing on how to gain entry to property as no email sent on how to gain entry, listing showed 2 bathrooms but these were shared bathrooms. Very noisy from restaurant below and from 7am there was a child shouting and running up and down outside room. Wouldn’t stay again."

"The property is ideally located adjacent to the cathedral and the historic buildings. The staff, from receptionists to room service, are all very friendly, slimly and helpful. Breakfast is good, Bus transportation, restaurants, shopping all nearby, no need for costly taxis. The property has no glassing for sound proofing, therefore expect noise from the cobble street, Cars, road services machinery, beer bar adjacent to the hotel and general public visiting the cathedral. "It was an excellent location, great place to stay, public transport connection is exceent, our room was without windows, very dark, room is very outdated, but it was ok to stay as we only slept in and were out all day. You can hear everything (rooms near your room)... Woukd recommend if you are not fussy and sleep over only."

"El hotel está muy bien situado a distancia caminando hasta la catedral y a unos pasos de Triana para poder disfrutar en las noches de unas copas . El estacionamiento se puede encontrar fácil Ente en la calle por unos pocos euros . No vale la pena pagar estacionamiento . Volvería siempre "

"Owners care about the money only, not about the guests comfort. We were given an apartment with no hot water, and since we got to the flat late in the evening, the problem wasn’t solved until the day after, when we were told to return to the place to check out so they can clean the apartment and move us to another place. Relaxing quiet holiday

"The Villa is stunning and very big. Two families of four were lost in the size. It’s such a lovely quiet place. The balcony overlooking the pool was relaxing with a coffee until the sun was ready. Then the day was by the pool with intermittent table tennis or pool or food in the outdoor terrace. This is a great place if you don’t want a busy holiday. The issue is the location, a local expensive shop is within a 5 minute walk. Most things can be bought to cook yourself. The Spar is 1km away which is bigger and cheaper and has a taxi rank outside to take you back with the shopping (€5). If you want restaurants then the area at the Spar is the nearest, so it’s a good walk there and back afterwards but there are some lovely restaurants. There is a restaurant nearby too in a very lovely setting and I would recommend this. But most places have limited English speaking and generally no English menus (google translate came in very handy). The area is really quiet, you hardly see any other people or neighbours. To benefit more I would recommend hiring a car to explore more. We went to the north east beach area by taxi (€25 each way), but this was more for the locals, although we found a lovely Italian. We would have love to have seen more of the island but with no transport we couldn’t. In general, it was very relaxing, great Villa just a very quiet location."

"This property was the GEM of our stay in the Canary Islands. We stayed at 5 properties during our 2 week trip, and this was my favorite. It is a bit off the beaten path, but that's what we loved about it. Clean, incredible staff, an amazing breakfast, clean quaint rooms, etc. Everything we had hoped and more. The pool was clean and crisp... amazing!"
