"Loved the hotel & location was brilliant. 2 small criticisms. A hot water urn at breakfast would be great to save us tea drinkers waiting at the coffee machine for hot water. No drawers in rooms! Even a bedside compartment would be nice. We will certainly return to this hotel as pretty much perfect 😀"

"This property was amazing! The location to the malacon was exceptional. The entire resort exceeded my wildest expectations. The breakfast buffet is unbelievable! "This hotel is in a great location, very central and close to lots of restaurants & shops. It's literally less than a minute's walk to the beach and promenade and not too far from the main bus station. There's also a large shopping mall about ten minutes walk away at the harbour. The rooms themselves are clean and large, a bit dated but comfortable nonetheless. The swimming pool doesn't look as grand as in the photo if that's important for you. Breakfast is good, with a variety of meats, cheeses, fruit etc, there could be more variety, however there are plenty of cafes & restaurants serving breakfast nearby as another option. The service is first class, everyone at reception and the restaurant are very friendly & helpful, and able to recommend where to visit on the island. They also accommodated late checkout for us which was much appreciated. I would definitely stay here on my return and would highly recommend this hotel to any visitors to Las Palmas!"
