"Check in disappointing - not allowed to check in early while others could I was told it was because I paid a cheap price booking late so they would only allow checkin at 3pm. They did take my baggage to store. I think clients should be treated the same no matter how much is being paid. Hotel is a great location for bus station and city centre 800 meter walk. "The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from Santa Catalina bus station, which is a great way of getting to/from other parts of the island. The area around the elevator on the 14th floor smelled of dampness and mold but there was a sign indicating that they were resolving an issue. Aside from that the hotel and the room were very clean. The room was a good size and had a balcony with an amazing view of the city and the ocean. The fitness centre was small but had enough equipment to work with."

"Not a hotel as such, these rooms/suites are very modern, well equipped and the project is very well managed.The area isn't the best, however it is only 1 block from the fabulous Cantaras beach, with all it's bars and restaurants, also walking distance to the Aquarium which is highly recommended and one block from the Port market which is also worth a visit. Discounted parking in the adjacent car park is an added bonus. We only stayed for 2 days and would stay again but probably on the other side...
