Holiday Home La Ideal: A Manor of Tranquility and Luxury

Our home is perfectly situated to offer the utmost privacy while maintaining easy access to many of the nearby attractions.

Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Gran Canaria, that being circular in shape, offers us countless beaches just a few minutes away by car such as Las Canteras in the capital city of Las Palmas, Melenara, (15min) or even the popular Playa del Ingles or Maspalomas! Much to see and much to enjoy.

Holiday Home La Ideal, is a 500 m2 property built on a 2000 m2 plot that exudes a manor-like ambiance, characterized by wide spaces, wooden floors and traditional Canary style architecture. You'll feel like you've stepped into a timeless oasis of tranquility and elegance. Its interior features several dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, with oven, dishwasher, and all utensils, as well as an adjacent laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

With 5 cozy and spacious bedrooms; three with double beds and two with single beds, you'll find ample room for your family or group of friends. Four well-appointed bathrooms, one with a bathtub, will ensure your comfort and convenience. Three of the bedrooms count with access to the fantastic upstairs terrace with wonderful seaviews.

All living areas are located on the top floor, ground floor is just access to the outdoors amenities and staircase to the upper story.


Dive into relaxation with its generously sized swimming pool that can be heated upon request and at an extra cost . It's the ideal spot to soak up the sun, take refreshing dips, and unwind with a backdrop of picturesque views over the mountains and nearby towns. There are several outdoor areas for dining, BBQ our just hang out and chill. There is an additional toilet in the pool area.

Stay entertained with a splendid lounge featuring a Smart TV and complimentary WiFi.

For those who enjoy a little competition, our villa offers a pool table and table tennis, adding to the fun and excitement!

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The minummum number of rooms open will depend on the number of adults involved in the reservation. For example, 4 people = two rooms, 6 people = 3 bedrooms and so on. Should you wish to use all rooms with a lesser occupancy, please note that the price will be increased.

The minimum number of bedrooms opened will be determined by the base occupancy, in this case, a minimum of 3 bedrooms will be open for an occupancy of 1 to 6, if you want the 4th and 5th bedroom open with a lesser occupancy, you will still have to book for the max cappacity which is 9-10 people.

The services included in the price are:

Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 8 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 2000 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
A pet is accepted with a surcharge of 200€ for the whole stay.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
Late Check in available and on request entails the following charges:
Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

Relaxing quiet holiday
The Villa is stunning and very big. Two families of four were lost in the size. It’s such a lovely quiet place. The balcony overlooking the pool was relaxing with a coffee until the sun was ready. Then the day was by the pool with intermittent table tennis or pool or food in the outdoor terrace. This is a great place if you don’t want a busy holiday. The issue is the location, a local expensive shop is within a 5 minute walk. Most things can be bought to cook yourself. The Spar is 1km away which is bigger and cheaper and has a taxi rank outside to take you back with the shopping (€5). If you want restaurants then the area at the Spar is the nearest, so it’s a good walk there and back afterwards but there are some lovely restaurants. There is a restaurant nearby too in a very lovely setting and I would recommend this. But most places have limited English speaking and generally no English menus (google translate came in very handy). The area is really quiet, you hardly see any other people or neighbours. To benefit more I would recommend hiring a car to explore more. We went to the north east beach area by taxi (€25 each way), but this was more for the locals, although we found a lovely Italian. We would have love to have seen more of the island but with no transport we couldn’t. In general, it was very relaxing, great Villa just a very quiet location.
