"Restaurant was closed during our stay and we were not aware at time of booking. Seems it’s closed every weekend!! Receptionist on check in was not very helpful Asked for kettle and cups and told to look in room first then was only given kettle -asked for ice for room and told to go to supermarket. Elizabeth who was on later got cups and ice for us. Back there next week. Will wait and see but nice location"

"The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from Santa Catalina bus station, which is a great way of getting to/from other parts of the island. The area around the elevator on the 14th floor smelled of dampness and mold but there was a sign indicating that they were resolving an issue. Aside from that the hotel and the room were very clean. The room was a good size and had a balcony with an amazing view of the city and the ocean. The fitness centre was small but had enough equipment to work with."

"I really enjoyed staying at this hostel for the last 2 nights of my holiday in Gran Canaria. I would definitely recommend it to others and would have stayed there longer except that I had a flight booked back to the UK on the Monday! "Not a hotel as such, these rooms/suites are very modern, well equipped and the project is very well managed.The area isn't the best, however it is only 1 block from the fabulous Cantaras beach, with all it's bars and restaurants, also walking distance to the Aquarium which is highly recommended and one block from the Port market which is also worth a visit. Discounted parking in the adjacent car park is an added bonus. We only stayed for 2 days and would stay again but probably on the other side...
