"We really enjoyed our week at the Caballo Blanco. The hotel was very comfortable and was right on the beach and the malecon making it very convenient. Thanks to Tina who was a most gracious host and dealt with any issues quickly and professionally. She was also a wealth of great information and recommendations. We felt very much at home. If/when we return to Mahahual we will definitely stay at the Caballo Blanco again."

" Luna de Plata is the last hotel on the Malecon (the walkway by the sea in Mahuhalal), and. that is what makes it special. It is the last stronghold on the Maya Coast to withstand tourist invasion. II is low-key as if sucmbing to the sea breezes and the quiet. Both the hotel and the area feel like the world of yesterday. Low-key, personal, and not slick. You can walk to the town's center to enjoy the various restaurants, but you always retreat to this peaceful oasis, leaving the cruise ships that frequent the town in the distance. Dario, the Italian-born owner, and his staff are very sweet , dedicated individuals who are attentive and available but not sleek and overbearing as in most of the resort hotels. Do not miss the bar and restaurant of the neighboring Luna Beach Club only few steps away where you can nurse a margarita or mojito at sunset on the beach, all the way to moonrise, taking in the peacefulness of this part of Mahahuhal. But hurry up before the Cruise ships wil devour this last piece of havean"

"It was one of the most wonderful experiences we've had in Southern Mexico. The beach club was delightful as the staff were truly helpful and food was amazing. The desserts are out of this world. The room, even tiny was perfect and just enough for our four days staying. Mahaual it's a small town and Noah is the best option to choose for a relaxing vacation."

"Hôtel is at the end of the malecon but still very walkable. Outdated and needs some renovations and upkeep but you get what you pay for. Beach is not nice so not a good choice if you intend to stay at the hotel and want a beach vibe. I would not recommend if you intend to hangout at the hotel. But ok fir a weekend if you only sleep there"
