"Service was on the whole really good, except we got ghosted by one butler 🙃 the property is really nice, but a bigger pool would be nicer. The best part was easy access to hillside pool on the sister property 😄 we got an ocean view room but there was barely a view of the ocean. Bed was a little too soft for me, and water in bathtub drained too slow (we complained 3 times).
