"Overall good location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. Experienced a small incident in the parking lot. Staff had the courtesy to inform me of the accident and managed to find a solution for getting the bumper of rental car fixed, however, the solution cost me a day of vacation with the only tangible benefit being a topped off gas tank so the person who caused the accident could save a few dollars. "My husband and I had an amazing time at the resort, Couples Tower Isle. The food was excellent and always available. There were always plenty of bartenders ready to make lots of drinks. We especially enjoyed the Island. Not sure if it would be our thing, but ended up spending the majority of our time there. We even canceled an afternoon catamaran/booze cruise to spend more time there. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and the resort was immaculately maintained. We've already promised each other that we're going back. "
