"This VRBO is in a great neighborhood down by Baltimore's harbor, close to trendy Fells Point. Walking distance to everything. The home is quite large and was in excellent shape. Ray was a very accommodating host. Communication with him was great, and we had no complaints."

"My family was in town for my son's funeral service. He, 23yrs old, was active duty army sgt who passed away while on deployment overseas. Grace Villa was the only 5 bedrm property large enough for 10 people to stay comfortably. The home was exactly as described in the listing, very clean. The house can sleep 15 guests easily but the kitchen was not equipped with adequate dishware, cookware, it lacked basic utensils required for cooking. That was challenging."

"We were happy with the property. We were only there a day but for a longer stay the federal hill neighborhood is a lot of fun and you have a short walk to the inner harbor. Only downside was very tight narrow stairs. Other than that it was great."
