"Good hotel and room service options. The day before my checkout, I was prompted to check out 3 times by staff. After clearing up the misunderstanding, they still went ahead and deactivated my room key card. On the day of checkout, staff refused to help me get my suitcase down to the lobby, despite them knowing I had just had surgery."
