"Checked into here for 1 night and never again. We were given a room on the 10th floor and it was like a sauna. After speaking to reception I was told that the air-conditioning is swiched off in the winter and we should open the window. Even with the window open all night the temperature remained at 22-23 degrees. The hotel staff were not bothered and didint care. STAY AWAY. "

"Ilk gün Saat 5e dogru otele kavustumuza ragmen, oda hazir degildi. Bi gün sonra yaptimiz gezinden sonra Saat 5:30 da oda temizligi yapilmamisti. Telefon görüsmesi yapildiktan sonra havlular geldi. Saat 6:30 gibi tekrar disariya ciktik. Gece Saat 2 de otele geldik, temizlik yapilmisti, fakat Odanin kapisi acikti. Yani bir girdi cikti hic haberim yok. Bunu ayni gece belirtime ragmen ve check-out da söylememe ragmen, sadece özürdileriz, böyle birseyin olmamasi gerekiyordu diye bi cevap duymak...

"Our mother stayed at this hotel for 2 days and we needed to expand for another day due to flight changes. When we check their website and Expedia the price was around 25-30$ per night with breakfast included we decided to book directly to save time on moving from one room to another and when we called them directly to reception we were told that the price is 90 Euro + 15 Euro breakfast which is 4 times ore than their own website. When we asked why do you charge 4 times more than your website...

"Very very disappointed on you after spending 1 hour to find the apartment one I arrived there they told me there are no booking and this is a monthly apartment I am very very angry I had to find another hotel with three times the cost I am going to report you to all government bodies you are not professional dont charge my card or I will report this to the police. "
