"The pictures that are shown on Expedia do not reflect in actual real world conditions. The front entrance area is dirty, run down and small/crowded. The hallways are also small and rundown, carpets are in need of changing, walls need patching up and painting. Family rooms need a major reno especially the bathroom. Sewer smell from the bathroom, caulking has black stuff on it(maybe mold) and water pressure ok to non existent. Shower area had a issue before my stay and they never patched the...

"We only stayed one night before catching a flight home. The hotel only had "bamboo" rooms available which looked neat and interesting but functionally I didn't really like. The bathroom was not enclosed nor was the window because of the bamboo decor. There was a lot of street noise which made it difficult to sleep. The A/C wasn't too strong. "Young man at the desk was polite and responded quickly to my concerns but the facility was disappointing. The lobby was dark and cluttered, there were housekeeping supplies stacked on the landing outside the room, the bathroom fixtures were dirty, safe didn’t work and wasn’t bolted down, A/C was broken, condoms were provided but coffee or tea to have make with the kettle was not. Neighborhood is not very active after dark either, not much to eat or drink. It’s a dive, honestly."
