"A little chaotic with lots people in and out. 3 lines to check in and you better know which line you suppose to go to check in. View from the room was phenomenal. Room is very small in my opinion though. Lots options for shopping and eating and activities. One issue we had was central air conditioning. Was very hot and stuffy and no way to open the windows while the whole hotel was on heat mode. One good thing was a limo bus station is down the street takes you to the airport which was very...

"Reasonably priced and near the airport. The room with 3 beds was pretty cramped but still was able to get the job done."

"The hot water pressure was so low that it sputtered a lot. There was barely enough water to take a comfortable shower. The power outlet located at the bottom of the desk was loose and I inadvertently pulled it out of the desk when unplugging my laptop. Very dangerous. Probably one of my worse APA experiences, and I normally love APA. Have stayed, cumulatively, many months at APA. Never at this one again."

"Its location right next to Sunrise Kamata market, Tokyu Plaza, and Kamata station was very convenient. Staff were friendly, service was good and the room was clean and comfortable. The TV was fun. It was a great stay for two people. We would stay again in a heartbeat. "
