"Pros: the pools are fun for the kids, the staff is easy to communicate with and responsive, the property has a lot of amenities. Beds were comfortable. Cons: the property is outdated, and the room was very dirty, carpet filthy, walls and couches had stains, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close."

"I was in town for a tradeshow and needed a spot to park a trailer. Plenty of space to do this the room and outdoor area was awesome. Everyone was very friendly. I will return next time I'm in Phoenix. Maybe with my pup! "

"This is the perfect little Hideaway! Clean and supplied with almost everything you would need during your stay. (Forgot how horrible the water tastes here in Arizona and brought no drinks with us the night that we arrived). May I suggest a few cold bottles of water for your guests arrival? "The casita was quiet and private. The host was very responsive. It was as advertised. If you like coffee in the morning bring a coffee maker . We brought a French press and that worked well. We would be happy to stay again."

"Physical facility was fine; especially nice was the huge heat-pump unit in the bedroom which cleared away morning chill quickly in the mornings (outside got near freezing, nights). Parking was tight: only unit A (of A/B/C/D) had in-yard area, rest of us had to hope for street parking, which parked right up nights. The kitchen lacked any measuring cups, and the many knives were all hopelesslly dull, with no sharpening means. Also, the host stopped responding to text messages after the first night...
