"Upon check in security didn’t have our reservation. They were able to give me a phone number for management that they answered. Condo was very clean. Using the little key box for key was a pain. Other than that and the tv’s were all messed up probably from the previous guest that I was able to figure out. All was good. "

We booked this unit listed and I messaged Mark (the host) to see if they could check in earlier because the storm was going to make landfall during the time of checkin. He told me he had a different property in Kissimmee that they could come at 1:30 pm and even offered me a discount rate because he was trying to help evacuees.
